Welcome to Lubeelu. These Terms of Service explain the terms that apply when you browse our website or purchase a product from us.

By using our website and placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. About Lubeelu

Lubeelu is an independent slow-fashion womenswear brand based in the UK.

Our garments are handmade to order in our UK studio. Because each piece is individually made, production and availability may differ from mass-produced clothing.

2. Our Products

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours, measurements and other information on our website are accurate.

As our garments are handmade individually, there may be very slight variations between pieces. These variations are a natural part of handmade production and are not considered defects.

Colours may also appear slightly different depending on your device or screen settings.

We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to our products where necessary, provided that such changes do not materially affect the product you have ordered.

3. Made-to-Order Production

All Lubeelu garments are made to order unless otherwise stated.

Please allow 3–4 weeks for your garment to be made before it is dispatched.

During periods of particularly high demand, production times may occasionally take longer. If we expect a significant delay, we will contact you using the details provided with your order.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that your garment is made specifically following your purchase and that it will not be dispatched immediately.

4. Placing an Order

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product.

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order but does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.

A contract between you and Lubeelu is formed when we confirm that your order has been accepted and your garment has entered production.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where, for example:

• The product is unavailable
• There is an error in the product or pricing information
• We are unable to fulfil the order
• We reasonably suspect fraudulent activity

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, you will receive a full refund.

5. Pricing and Payment

All product prices are displayed on our website in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.

The price you pay is the price displayed at the time you place your order.

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Please refer to our Production and Delivery page for information about production times, shipping methods and delivery.

We currently ship from the UK.

For international orders, additional customs duties, import taxes or other charges may apply depending on the destination country. Where applicable, these charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Once an order has been handed to the delivery provider, delivery times are outside of our direct control. However, if your order is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Because every Lubeelu garment is made to order, we do not offer returns for unwanted items where no legal right to cancel or return applies.

We offer size exchanges subject to the terms set out in our Returns & Exchanges policy.

Nothing in these Terms of Service limits or removes any statutory rights you have under applicable consumer law.

8. Faulty or Incorrect Items

We carefully inspect every garment before it leaves our studio.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or is not the item you ordered, please contact us at lubeelu0@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number and details of the issue.

Where appropriate, we will provide a repair, replacement, exchange or refund in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.

9. Product Care

Information regarding the recommended care of your garment is provided with your order and/or on the relevant product page.

Customers are responsible for following the recommended care instructions.

We cannot be responsible for damage resulting from improper washing, drying, ironing, alterations or other care that does not follow our recommended instructions.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Lubeelu website, including but not limited to:

• Product designs
• Photography
• Images
• Logos
• Branding
• Graphics
• Text
• Videos
• Website design

is owned by or licensed to Lubeelu and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify or commercially use our content without our prior written permission.

This includes reproducing or commercially exploiting Lubeelu's original garment designs.

11. Website Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes.

You must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our website or systems
• Introduce malicious software or harmful code
• Use our website for fraudulent purposes
• Copy or reproduce our website content without permission
• Interfere with the operation or security of our website

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.

We will not be responsible for delays or failure to fulfil our obligations where this is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
