Returns & Exchanges

As every Lubeelu garment is handmade to order, we carefully create each piece specifically for you. Because of the nature of our small-batch, made-to-order production, we do not offer returns for unwanted items where no legal right to cancel or return applies.

We understand that finding the right fit online can sometimes be difficult, so we are happy to offer size exchanges where possible.

Size Exchanges

If your Lubeelu piece isn't quite the right size, you may request an exchange for another available size.

To request an exchange, please contact us at lubeelu0@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order, including your order number and the size you would like to exchange for.

The garment must be:

• Unworn and in its original condition
• Free from makeup, perfume, stains or other marks
• Unwashed and unaltered
• Returned with all original tags and packaging intact

Please try your garment on with care, as we cannot accept exchanges for items that show signs of wear.

Exchange Process

Once your exchange has been approved, we will provide you with return instructions.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning an item for a size exchange. We recommend using a tracked postal service, as Lubeelu cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Your replacement size will enter into production once the original garment has been received and inspected.

as all pieces are handmade to order, please allow an additional 2-3 weeks for your exchanged garment to be made and sent out to you.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

We take great care in making and checking every garment before it leaves our studio. However, if your item arrives faulty, damaged or is not the item you ordered, please contact us at lubeelu0@gmail.com as soon as possible, with your order number and photographs of the issue.

We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a repair, replacement, exchange or refund in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.

Important Information

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law. Where you have a legal right to cancel, return or receive a refund, those rights will always apply.

As every garment is handmade to order, we encourage you to carefully check our size guide before placing your order. If you are unsure which size to choose, please contact us before ordering and we'll be happy to help.
