Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing to shop with us. Every garment is handmade to order in our UK studio, meaning your piece is crafted especially for you once your order has been placed.

Production Time

As each garment is individually handmade, please allow 3-4 weeks for your order to be made before it is dispatched.

During collection launches or high-demand periods, production times may be slightly longer. If this happens, we'll keep you updated via the instagram.

UK Shipping

All UK orders are sent using a tracked delivery service.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Estimated delivery after dispatch:

• 1–3 working days

International Shipping

We currently ship to selected international destinations.

International orders are sent using a tracked shipping service where available. Delivery times vary depending on the destination country.

Please note that international customers will be responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or handling fees charged by their local customs authority. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking details so you can follow your parcel's journey.

Shipping Delays

While we aim to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated timeframes, occasional delays caused by postal services, customs or unforeseen circumstances are outside of our control.

If your parcel appears delayed, please contact us and we'll do our best to assist.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly when placing your order.

We cannot be responsible for parcels delayed or lost due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.
