Thank you for choosing to shop with us. Every garment is handmade to order in our UK studio, meaning your piece is crafted especially for you once your order has been placed.

Production Time

As each garment is individually handmade, please allow 3-4 weeks for your order to be made before it is dispatched.

During collection launches or high-demand periods, production times may be slightly longer. If this happens, we'll keep you updated via the instagram.

UK Shipping

All UK orders are sent using a tracked delivery service.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

International Shipping

Australia

We are pleased to offer shipping to Australia.

Your Lubeelu garment will be handmade to order in our UK studio before being dispatched. Please allow 3–4 weeks for production before your order is shipped.

Once dispatched, delivery to Australia is estimated at approximately 6–7 working days, depending on the destination and local postal services.

Australian GST & Import Charges

Please note that Australian customers may be required to pay 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST) and/or other applicable import charges when their order arrives in Australia.

Any customs duties, taxes, GST or fees charged by Australian customs or the delivery provider are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price paid to Lubeelu or the shipping fee, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

These charges are determined by Australian authorities and are outside of Lubeelu's control.

If you have any questions about potential import charges before placing your order, we recommend checking the latest guidance from the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) and Australian Border Force.
